Who operates JobFndr
JobFndr is operated by Mark Dave Manansala. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@jobfndr.com.
Information we process
We process account and authentication details, profile and work-eligibility information, skills and job preferences, uploaded résumés, searches, delivered jobs, application-link checks, referral records, and support messages. We may also process device, security, performance, and product analytics data. Stripe and its connected payment services process card details; JobFndr stores payment and fulfillment identifiers rather than full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, match candidates to remote work, check deterministic eligibility, generate requested résumé content, prevent duplicate or unsafe job delivery, fulfill credits, support users, secure the service, measure reliability and cost, and comply with law. JobFndr does not sell personal information.
Service providers and job sources
Information is shared only as needed with configured infrastructure, authentication, AI, analytics, payment, and support providers, including InsForge, OpenAI, PostHog when enabled, and Stripe. Job-source links open third-party sites under their own privacy terms. We do not send a résumé to an employer merely because a match is displayed.
Retention, security, and international processing
We retain data while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, payment records, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Generated AI extraction results are short-lived; active résumé files stay until replaced or the account is deleted, subject to backup and legal retention. Providers may process data in other countries. We use access controls, private storage, row-level authorization, and bounded server-side operations, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can review and update profile information in the product. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information by contacting support@jobfndr.com. Some payment, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained. JobFndr is not intended for children under 16.
