Who operates JobFndr

JobFndr does not currently operate through a separately registered business entity. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@jobfndr.com.

Information we process

We process account and authentication details, profile and work-eligibility information, skills and job preferences, uploaded résumés, searches, delivered jobs, application-link checks, referral records, and support messages. We may also process device, security, performance, and product analytics data. When you purchase credits through PayMongo, PayMongo processes the payment details it collects; JobFndr stores provider references, amount and currency, status, and reconciliation records, not raw card or wallet credentials. If a manual payment-review option is offered, we also process the submitted payment source, transaction reference, payment time, and private receipt image needed to review and fulfill the purchase.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, match candidates to remote work, check deterministic eligibility, generate requested résumé content, prevent duplicate or unsafe job delivery, fulfill credits, support users, secure the service, measure reliability and cost, and comply with law. JobFndr does not sell personal information.

Service providers and job sources

Information is shared only as needed with configured infrastructure, authentication, AI, analytics, payment, and support providers. Job-source links open third-party sites under their own privacy terms. We do not send a résumé to an employer merely because a match is displayed. Named in full:

• InsForge — the backend. It holds your account, your profile, your saved jobs and your résumé file.
• OpenAI — scores postings against your profile, extracts your résumé when you upload one, and performs the web search behind company research.
• Stripe and PayMongo — payment processing for credit purchases. Card and QR Ph payment details go to the processor directly; we never receive or store them. For manually verified QR Ph payments we hold only the reference, timestamp, and receipt you submit for review.
• Job sources and employer boards — receive the search terms being queried. They do not receive your résumé or your profile.
• PostHog — product analytics, when enabled.
• Google and GitHub — sign-in only. We receive your identity from them. We cannot post, message, or act as you on those platforms, and we never ask for your password.

Retention, security, and international processing

We retain data while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, payment records, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Manually submitted payment receipts are kept private and are accessible only to the buyer and authorized JobFndr operators. Generated AI extraction results are short-lived; uploaded résumé files are detached after you save the imported profile details and are then deleted by our private cleanup process. Generated résumé files stay until replaced or the account is deleted, subject to backup and legal retention. Providers may process data in other countries. We use access controls, private storage, row-level authorization, and bounded server-side operations, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can review and update profile information in the product. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information by contacting support@jobfndr.com. Some payment, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained. JobFndr is not intended for children under 16.
