Agreement and operator
These terms govern use of JobFndr, operated by Mark Dave Manansala. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, or otherwise able to form a binding agreement where you live.
Search credits
Credits are prepaid, non-transferable service units with no cash value. One credit funds one intelligent search. Under the Fresh Scan Guarantee, a search is charged only when JobFndr can publish at least five and up to twenty new-to-you, eligibility-checked matches; otherwise the reserved credit is returned. Credits do not expire unless a future purchase screen clearly states an expiry before payment.
Payments and refunds
Prices and included credits are shown before Stripe Checkout. Credits are added only after verified payment confirmation. Except where law requires otherwise, completed purchases are generally non-refundable after credits have been used. For duplicate charges, failed fulfillment, or another billing error, contact support@jobfndr.com. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Job information and applications
JobFndr is a research and matching tool, not an employer, recruiter, or immigration adviser. Listings can change after verification. Eligibility checks reduce unsuitable results but cannot guarantee that an employer will accept an application, offer an interview, or hire a user. Applications occur on the original provider or employer site under that site’s terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, evade quotas, submit unlawful or deceptive data, probe another account, interfere with security, resell source content, or use JobFndr for automated applications that violate a third party’s rules. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users, providers, payment integrity, or the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, JobFndr disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for employer decisions, third-party site content, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, contact, and governing law
Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Questions can be sent to support@jobfndr.com. These terms are governed by Laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without removing mandatory protections that apply where a consumer lives.
